Rebecca was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a few hiccups with locations the key to unlock the car but she was able to unlock it remotely. My flight changed and I was unable to charge the car back to where it was originally dropped off and she was understanding. I would definitely rent this beautiful vehicle again.
