Julia was an outstanding host. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and generous throughout my rental experience. When I ran into an unexpected issue with my own vehicle, she went above and beyond to help make a stressful situation much easier. Her communication was excellent, and she truly cared about helping rather than just completing a transaction. I couldn't have asked for a better host and would absolutely rent from her again. Highly recommend!

We had a safety issue with the car and had to return it. What was unfortunate was that the owner knew about it and still allowed the car to be released. Had we known about the issue we would not have taken it under the arrangements for pick up. We did get a refund for the days remaining on our trip.
