Ming was an exceptional host from start to finish. The Model X was absolutely immaculate and looked every bit as good as it must have on day one. But what really set this rental apart was Ming himself.
He was incredibly responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. Rather than simply handing over the key card, he acted more like a personal Tesla coach, anticipating questions before I asked them and making sure I understood the vehicle's features and operating practices. His communication was outstanding, and he consistently checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly.
If you're considering renting from Ming, don't hesitate. The vehicle is beyond fantastic, but the level of service and attention he provides is what truly makes the experience stand out. Highly recommended.

Beautiful car full of the best tech. Ming was gracious and very helpful. Met me and demo the Model X and that was very helpful. I was very glad that I could use his top line Tesla to visit full self Driving. It was all I dreamed it was, so cool.
