Should have paid attention to all the negative reviews. 2 mile walk to get the car. Only put 20 miles on the car and got charged $40 to refuel. Typical rental car. Banged up with 3 different tires on it.
Thank you for your feedback. For transparency, all vehicles are parked only in Turo-permitted parking areas as required by Turo guidelines for that location. We understand the inconvenience, and this applies to all hosts operating at this airport. Refueling charges are also processed in line with Turo policy when the vehicle is not returned at the same fuel level. We appreciate your input and continue working to keep instructions as clear as possible for all guests.

I rented an Audi (luxury sport sedan), the night before we flew, I got notification that the Audi wasn’t available and that a GMC Acadia was offered to replace. Certainly a downgrade in rental with no reduction in price. Being a last minute notification, I didn’t have time to look for alternatives.
When we picked up the vehicle, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I texted the owner and received no response. I suspect this is the owner’s personal car that he or she smokes in every day. Smokers don’t realize how sickening this smell is to non smokers. Or it could have been a bait
Daniel, this review is inaccurate. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, and our team are non-smokers. None of our cars are used for personal use—we operate a full rental fleet, including luxury vehicles, so this claim makes no sense. No issue was properly reported or documented at pickup. A replacement vehicle was provided last minute to avoid cancellation. This does not reflect our standards or typical guest experience.
