Excellent service and responsive. Ample amount of room for 5 carry on bags and 5 backpacks in the trunk plus an umbrella stroller. We chose the rental car seats and boosters. The vehicle was not wide enough for a car seat and two boosters, we rented all 3 but only could use 2. The car seat itself did not have the 5 point harness hooked up and the YouTube video to complete that was not available. We used the seat belt instead as it was taking too much time. I did message Chris and he did say it should be hooked up, I did not push it any further. Again, he was responsive to all other needs.

We have not had anyone say that the three have not fit in the back previously or we would have been sure to mention upon seeing your reservation. We will certainly check into it. As for car seats straps my team tries not to make any adjustments as we never know what a customer will need for their trip. We will certainly look into a more efficient video to provide for guidance.
