Parking lot charged me $153 to exit, car smelled so bad it made me and my family nauseous. First time ever using Turo….not a good experience.
Hi Justin, We do apologize for the airport glitch, we implore all guests to call airport parking support before paying any such ticket. As for the smell, unfortunately when a previous guest has smoked in a car, even with professional treatment there is slight risk of the smell coming back. We are always willing to send out treatment service if that ever occurs during guests trips. Customer satisfaction is always our priority and while can’t control everything we do our best fix whatever arises.
