The host was amazing. Our only issue was that the car had a strict no smoking policy listed, however the car smelled heavily of marijuana. I did reach out to the host who apologized and offered a chemical treatment to help but we were out of town and that was unable to be completed. I’m still giving 5 stars because the host did apologize and offered to try the chemical treatment. I personally would rather have had it communicated to me before I got into the care that there was an issue with the vehicle after pickup from the prior guest and had a delay in pickup rather than have had to deal with the heavy odor our whole trip.
The vehicle was overall very clean, the gas tank was full, and it was a very smooth ride. Lovely vehicle! Thank you, Chris!
Thank you Ashely for your grace and understanding as our guests actions are completely out of our control. We did chemically treat the car before your trip, unfortunately that treatment wasn’t enough. If there had been any residual odor present when we delivered we would have definitely asked for more time for it to go through a second treatment. We will always do our best to make our guests trip as enjoyable and seamless as we possibly can. We thank you for your feedback and will adapt.
