Cars Android Auto would not connect the whole trip preventing me from being able to play music and use navigation. This was a very bad inconvenience
it seems like this may have been user error, as I used Android auto in the vehicle the day before the trip started and it connected for me with no issues. after the vehicle was returned. I sent the guest instructions and even advised him to connect with a USB cable. Short of coming and doing it for him, which is a bit outside of the rental agreement, I'm not sure what else I could have done.

The car was good. Gas mileage is really good. It was very clean too. Functionality is really good especially the breaks. Very sensitive so you don’t need to stress the pedal to make a stop.
When I got the car it did smell like someone does regularly smoke in the car. So it’s a bit strange that you request your clients to not smoke in it.
Hi Robert, thanks for your feedback. All turo vehicles are non-smoking. Unfortunately, that does not stop some guests from lighting up anyway. All vehicles receive chlorine dioxide treatments if they come back with the odor of smoke. We did not smell smoke when we sent the car out, but we would have been happy to make other arrangements for you if you had notified us that you smelled smoke.
