The car was clean at pickup. The ad listed the car with FSD but upon pickup we had some issues with getting it to work. I was not able to get it to work so Basit hopped in the car and tried to get it to work. He drove to a parking lot and tried a couple of things but ultimately he ended up bringing me back to my vehicle without it engaging. At that point I was irritated and was considering cancelling the reservation despite planning on leaving for my trip the next morning. After I voiced my consideration he was able to enable the FSD and I proceeded with the rental.
On my trip I drove 824 miles and it cost $84.84 in super charging fees. The car did not come with a 120v charger to enable charging at the destination.
Other than the issues with pickup Basit was helpful and called back quickly if he missed my calls.
The FSD was very nice to have on the road trip. It drove the entire way only making one error that I had to correct. I did not believe that it was going to take an exit that it displayed was on the route. I took over the wheel and made the exit then immediately reengaged the FSD. Its mistake did not make me feel unsafe or get anywhere near another vehicle rather just risked wasting a little time.
Overall the vehicle was good, pickup was troubling, drop off was easy, the location was in a neighborhood and I was able to leave my vehicle on site during the rental period.

FSD was enabled and as you got in the car you make the change and disable it, which i figure out after spending some time. If you didn't make change in configuration it will work without any issue.
I shared the invoices of all your supercharge expense from tesla. This is what tesla charge me and without adding single penny I attached all the invoices.
FSD issue while driving that's something is not in my hands.
