Everything was perfect and went exactly according to plan! The host was incredibly responsive and available to help with any questions. The Defender was spotless inside and out, and handled the road beautifully with zero issues. The A/C was amazing too, which was a lifesaver in this Texas heat. I have absolutely no complaints—this rental exceeded all my expectations. I had a great experience and will definitely rent from this host again!

The only issue we had was slow communication upon arriving. I didn’t know where to pick up the car. No one was answering the phone. Thankfully, my husband dissected the pictures to figure out where to go and we found it on our own. Other than that, car was great and service beyond that was fine.
