I can’t even begin to say what a great experience I had with Turo. I doubt there’s enough room to say and I’m choked up repeating this but the kindness and consideration with which I was treated by the Allman Group of TURO was nothing less than heaven sent. Like a complete “God wink” . I was traveling alone to visit parents who are 92 in a nursing home staying at a place by myself. I blew out my knee and ankle and couldn’t drive. Presented crutches delivered by CVS delivery fairies….The Trip to see my parents that I had been so looking forward to was ending on day 2 instead of day 5. These wonderful people at TURO were amazing. They took care of me like family and made a complicated anxiety ridden situation simple. They basically said” we’re so sorry this happened and it’s tough to go through alone and disappointing about your visit but we’ve got you “ . They went out of their way to make it work. Unbelievable customer service. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am. I will always use TURO. Communicating with them was easy and they were timely in responses and understanding. I could go on but won’t. So very thankful for this team of wonderful humans at Boston Logan area TURO.

Handling was sturdy and incredibly efficient! The car was in great shape and the host was very communicative
