Easy pick up and drop off.
Car was a little dirty but otherwise the experience was smooth and car was in good working condition

I have rented a different vehicle with Peng before and everything was great. This time the car was dirty. Crumbs in the passenger seat, dirt and debris on the floor mats in the front. The console looked like it had been maybe wiped down w a Clorox wipe but dried all smeary. Other than that everything was fine. Returning the car was a little confusing because the parking spots where you pick the vehicles up were all taken. I didn’t get a response in the app when I sent a few messages so I called and was sent to voicemail. But then the host texted. I waited about ten minutes all in all trying to figure out where to leave the car. Maybe the return directions should have the directions on where to leave the vehicle if the spot is taken. All in all not my smoothest Turo experience but I would still rent from this host again.

The car was clean and lil mildew odor but the host had air fresheners in the car . So wasn't bad but overall the experience was definitely pleasant and we definitely would rent again
