Pick up and drop off was good. Sadly the windshield fluid and the coolant were completely empty and we had to buy some coolant, the communication was alright during that process. When I asked for the promised reimbursement no one texted back and I had to ask Turo support for help

When picking up the car it was dirty on the inside, but drove well. I originally was supposed to drive a bigger SUV, but the day before pick up the host requested a vehicle swap due to an engine problem, so i got a significantly smaller SUV, which isn’t what i wanted but made it work. When asked if i could get some kind of discount due to the inconvenience, the host said no. Customer service was poor, so I wouldn’t rent from them again.
