Pros: This is a beautiful vehicle and it ran like a dream. It's an overall good rental. Cons: It's an electric vehicle and needs to be "charged". I charged it up on 2 different occasions due to the distance we drove. At shell, they put a $75 hold on your card to use their charging station, every single time the car had to be charged. Also the car wasn't washed on the outside. I expected it to be cleaned before/after each use but that didn't seem to be the case. Lastly, there was an issue with dropping off the vehicle at the economy parking when it was time to return it. We could not find a parking spot in the TURO dedicated parking lot. When I reached out to the host he made me feel like it was my duty to sit and wait around for a TURO designated parking spot to become available. After waiting around for a considerable amount of time, no spot ever came open and due to needing to be on time for our flight I parked in the paid parking lot and the cost of the parking passed through to me at the end in the form of an invoice. I'm a business woman so I understand if the TURO hosts pay for a spot in the TURO location, they shouldn't then have to again flip the cost if a guest parks in a paid parking space but in the same vein if a guest can not secure a spot in the TURO designated parking spot what are they to do? If there are 50 parking spots for TURO then there should only be 50 vehicles registered for that area (I don't know exactly how it works) but if there are not spots available to tell a guest to just "wait around" until a spot becomes available without certainty of when that will happen is ludicrous. The host was not rude or anything and I still would recommend their vehicle for a rental.

Thank you for the feedback and for recognizing how well the Acura performed during your trip. We take cleanliness very seriously and every vehicle is cleaned and inspected prior to each trip. Regarding Logan Economy Parking, Turo/Massport require vehicles to be returned to designated Turo spaces only. Parking in other paid areas can result in additional charges outside of host control. We appreciate your patience and your recommendation despite the inconvenience.
Great car!
