Car quality was good, very clean. But a bit of a lack of communication and response time. Had to reach out a couple times to get a response from the host.

I apologize Jackie. I work in an emergency department and do not carry my phone while working. I check my messages when I am able to get back to the desk and do my best to respond as promptly as I am able with Turo guests. Again, I appreciate you being a great guest and taking great care of the car.
