Quality was great! One question was that we had to pay $8.00 for parking because it had been left at 7:45 am and then we weren’t able to have the car until the agreed upon time of 12:00 even though we weren’t able there 45 mins early? We dropped the vehicle off at 4:50 am this morning in the shirt term parking and left the key lockbox as instructed
