Hi Cherrell I am in disbelief that you were not happy after we accommodated you to switch from your original vehicle that took an extensive amount of time that morning to make the change. We even offered you another wash. We offered any of the vehicles on the lot for the same price. In addition, you booked for multiple days & then u canceled after one day to say the brakes squeaked on a rainy day. I’m sorry we may not be the fit for you but there are many cars on turo. Good luck.
