I was hesitant to write a review because I genuinely appreciated how Christine has tried to help solve the issue but I rented this car for the 4th of July weekend where it was 103 degrees outside. The AC in the car did not work at all and during my report to Turo it turns out the AC has been a constant complaint over the months. I ended up having to return the car on the same day I picked it up because of the AC issue. This could have genuinely ruined my weekend plans but thank goodness I was able to find a different rental. Giving it 3 stars because I appreciate how Christine has tried to solve the issue but the other host was no help.

As far as my co host she is a co host helps when needed. She would have done the same for you offered full refund & or another vehicle. Although at that point we’re not able to switch the cars all our vehicles were rented. We appreciate your honesty & will always do better.
Needed to add oil to the car besides that it rides great no issues host was very accommodating

Host was the epitome of exceptionally amazing! Upon contacting her regarding an issue with the vehicle, she was super responsive and went above and beyond to rectify the problem.! It spoke volume as to the kind of person she truly is. I highly recommend this host. I can truly say that how she handled the situation truly gave me peace of mind as I traveled to Maine to attend my daughter's graduation!
