The car was fine and the host was a great communicator. The host did clarify that while the car comes up as being at the airport there is a shuttle from the airport required. I agreed to this. But it can take a lot of time and luckily I left early for my flight. I returned the car at 1 17 in afternoon and didn’t get to airport until few minutes after 2. The Park Spot where the car is located was busy and short staffed. Three shuttles passed us. Luckily a driver who was done with work felt sorry for us and stopped to pick up up and get to terminal. I was very close to calling uber. The parking is close to 20 min from terminal. Just plan accordingly.
This truly saddens me as I take pride in my Turo business. We park where all the Turo cars park for airport pick up. Ratings like this make me want to throw in the towel on my small Turo business and honestly has brought me to tears today. I will be forwarding this rating to the Park My Share company that I have to contract with to offer my cars parking availability at DIA.

Car was easy to pick up for airport. AC worked great and drove well. The left taillight was out, I did let the host know. They did offer to meet us to fix the issue during the trip. Overall worked great for the purpose of our trip.
