The host was helpful and the trip went smooth. The car itself does feel like it has a slipping tranny as it lurches, also it leans heavily to the right, and the trunk doesn’t always latch correctly and once it did pop open while we were on the road. We couldn’t figure out exactly what made it latch and not latch it just had a mind of its own.

We have never had a problem with the back hatch. We just had the transmission completely flushed and tested by the mechanic at Meineke. Guest did not communicate any issues to us the entire trip. We are constantly maintaining and pouring money into our cars and can't seem to make everyone happy.

Sorry if you had a poor experience with the Parking Spot. Unfortunately, we don't have control of how they run their shuttles. Wish DIA had Turo parking lot on site.

I did not cancel this trip. The guest did not upload his driver's license in time and it went against me. I lost over $350 on this trip and I never ever cancel on my guests!
Host was responsive, car was clean.
