The car was great until the morning of dropoff. When starting the car, the dashboard lit up with half a dozen error lights, including a check engine light. The car was misfiring, in limp mode, and unable to be driven. Thankfully, Arthur was quick to respond, and offered to get us an Uber to the airport. I am impressed with the service from Arthur, but overall disappointed by the vehicle issues and the trouble of coordinating an Uber and cutting time short with our family because of the unexpected breakdown.

Everything was great. The car was clean and in great shape.
My only problem was understanding the lock box. Once that was solved everything including the drop off went smoothly
