Erik was so fast to respond. The car drove great and was super clean. He allowed us access to the app and not just the key card. It was a great and easy trip. Only hard part is you have to take a shuttle to pick it up in the lot. Instead of a curb side service. But I’m sure that’s prob the airports rules more than anything and also a convenience for everyone to pick up the car whenever instead of waiting on a person to bring it.
