Pickup of the car was made very easy with very clear directions, which was important for me because it was my first time using Turo. Crossmore paid for my parking fee and was in clear communication with me throughout. The process was clear and concise and easy.

I wanted to give a higher review because while they were quick to respond when we had AC issues, they have since stopped replying when I reached out about a refund due to the AC not working in this vehicle when we rented for 3 days in 90° weather. I reached out to turo and was able to get refunded but I wish they hadn’t chosen to not reply. I do think this car shouldn’t be rented anymore due to the condition. it had 180,000k miles and the AC was blowing lukewarm air during the heat of the day. I hope they will consider retiring it from being a rental. I will say they were nice and responsive when we had the issue, but didn’t really resolve what we needed.
