Alaska is beautiful and we would not have e been able to see as much as we did if it weren’t for Samantha and her Jeep. That was the smoothest ride, some of the most amazing sights and my family had a blast. Thank you so much Samantha and family for helping us make memories!!

This was a beautiful car! Clean, fresh, drove like a dream. Samantha was friendly, helpful and easy to work with.

I had put in a couple of time change/ date requests which were approved. Hours later, I received messages explaining that the changes would ruin her plans and I would have to pick up at a different location. At the end of the trip, I requested to end early which was approved. The host told me she couldn’t do that and wanted the vehicle right away. After I explained I was uncomfortable with her coming to my home, she kept repeating she wanted to pick it up early from my house. Turo was charging me a fee to change location and end early. The host was trying to force me to end early and pay. Turo informed me to not end early if I did not want to pay so I followed direction per Turo. This host drove to a few miles from my house and sat there for 1.5-2 hours until 1 AM. This host has poor communication skills which borderline harassment as she even searched me on Facebook, called/ messaged my personal number, and about 30 messages on turo until 1 AM! It is now 5 days past the end of my reservation and I am still receiving messages from her.
