Hi Donvan, all the iinstructions were sent via text in Turo, yhe lockbox instructions were clearly explained not sure why you had an issue locking the vehicle? I wish you would have reached out with any questions or concerns as you had all our contact information. We have NEVER had a 1 star review specifically because you had an issue with the lockbox. Sorry for theinconvenience. We hope to make it up to you on your next trip,
