Not what I was expecting. Live and learn. There was enough wrong with the process that it's doubtful I will rent with Turo again.

As a host, we’re required to upload the airport pickup instructions to the app, and Turo automatically sent to guests prior to the trip. We also mentioned in the welcome message we’re available to assist during trip,which I did assist you found the vehicle and checked in.
