Booked this car to pickup from the airport, and was told the day before that it would cost extra to pick it up from the airport. It’s not the end of the world, but I was upset that I had to do a 10 minute walk in 115 degrees to walk to somewhere the car was not booked for. In addition to this the entire front console and cup holder area was gross and sticky, it obviously was not cleaned before my rental.

Great communication, the vehicle was great for us (three couples), plenty of space and everyone really enjoyed the remote start in the HOT summer heat! We would definitely rent it again! 😄
