Outstanding rental experience from start to finish! The 2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV was immaculate, luxurious, and drove beautifully throughout our trip around Palm Springs and Newport Beach. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The spacious interior made for a comfortable ride, and the SUV was fully loaded with great features.
The host was professional, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and effortless. Communication was excellent, and everything was seamless from booking to return. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this host again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone looking for a first-class Turo experience.
