The host was very communicative and apologetic. The car was cool but it had no AC which is unacceptable in Florida heat! I was supposed to have the car for 5 days but had to return it the next day and that ruined plans that I had already spent money on! I would rent again only if they absolutely make sure the AC is working! He said the AC was serviced but there's no way they actually verified that by checking the car prior to renting to me. I understand things happens but I also expect a fully functional car when I rent one.

Upon inspection the ac works. She didn’t have the AC button pushed.
This was my first time using this app and I was absolutely greatly impressed. Thank you very much for letting me spend my time driving through this crazy weather. I would definitely use you again truly five star stars.
