The car was totally unacceptable. I couldn’t use it, I returned it immediately. It reeked of air fresheners and he admitted it was to cover up the cigarette smell. I am shocked this car is on Turo and it really messed up my arrangements. The smell made me physically ill. He was unwilling to issue any sort of refund. I’m so disappointed, this was very wrong. The car should be noted that it smells like this prior to reserving.

I absolutely do not recommend this person; they rent the car and lie because they don't like the smell of the air freshener.
Was great thank you
