Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The Tesla was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. The car drove beautifully and made the entire trip even more enjoyable. The pickup and drop off process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating throughout the rental. Communication was fast and clear, and any questions I had were answered right away. You can tell the host genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Everything was 10/10, and I would absolutely rent from them again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, stress free rental and a fantastic vehicle!

Car was great, pickup location was convenient, host very responsive. No issues at all. This was my first experience with TURO and with a Tesla, and both were very easy to navigate, even for a septuagenarian.

Had a great trip with easy pick up and drop off. Car also came with a car wash membership so we didn’t have to pay for a car wash when we were done with our trip. Will book again!

All parts of this were great. The Tesla needs some new tires though.
