We rented your Lincoln navigator today to take my daughter and a few friends to prom.
This is our first time renting from Turo and Unfortunately it's not a great experience. It took 20 minutes for the A/C to turn on and when it did it was barely cold. We had to drive with the windows down all the way to prom. On top of that every time we accelerate on the gas the car makes very strange noises which is very concerning. I understand that the car is a 2017 however it's very warn and there's cracks all over the door panels. I would honestly like to request a partial refund. We will be returning the car some time this evening instead of tomorrow.

I apologies for your experience! The rear air conditioner was not turned on when it was returned I wish you had called me so I could have helped you out!
The twin turbos when working correctly get very loud when you punch the gas hard so that means the turbos are working correctly
There are no cracks on any door panels so I’m not sure what you mean but I’m sorry if things did not work out I wish you’d called and I could have helped you get the car cooled off. I hope you try turo again

This cat totally made our trip. The navigator was smooth and clean. Jackson was super flexible and helpful to accommodate our pick up and drop off. Highly recommend!
