Pick-up instructions will be sent after the reservation has been made, usually 1 day before the trip. - Off-road driving is NOT allowed - Towing any kind of trailers is NOT allowed - No smoking or vaping ($150 penalty fee) - No Pets ($150 penalty fee) - $150 violation fee for abusive and irresponsible cleaning issues - Reckless driving, burnouts, donuts or racing of any kind are prohibited - You are responsible for any tolls, traffic or parking tickets, and other liabilities during the rental period - Premium 91 Gas Only - Please be careful when parking close to a curb. Each rim with a new curb rash may incur additional fees - Please clear out all personal belongings after trip - Please return the car in the same condition as you received it - Please note: this car is equipped with a security device that collects driving data. This includes vehicle location, mileage, driving behavior, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes.

Do I need to clean the car before returning?
Please return the car in the same condition as you received it. This includes interior and exterior. If cleaning is needed, there will be a charge depending on the cleaning required to bring the car back to its original condition.
Is the car registered for bridge toll?
Yes. My car is registered with FasTrak, an electronic toll collection system compatible with all Bay Area bridges and tolls. Simply drive in the FasTrak lanes and the toll charges will be sent to you a few days after your trip.
Do I need to refill the gas?
Yes. PREMIUM FUEL 91 ONLY. Please return the car with the same amount of gas as when you received it. If you want to save time and skip this step please add "Prepaid Fuel" in Extras.
Can I do off-roading with this car? Drive on sand? On non-paved roads?
NOT ALLOWED. Off-roading, driving on non-paved roads, per Turo Terms and Regulations. You'll be fined to the maximum extent and removed from the platform.
Is the car equipped with snow tires?
This a 4x4 AWD SUV that comes with M+S all-terrain tires on all wheels. With this setup, you won't need chains on main Tahoe roads. Please check the road conditions before your trip starts.
Can I use a hitch and tow the trailer?
NOT Alowed. It's against Turo TOS to tow. Even if the car has a hitch, you aren't allowed to use it or you won't be covered by insurance. At all.
