The car itself was fine. The pickup and drop-off were highly inconvenient. I clearly communicated with the owner that we would be arriving late (at 12am) with a baby and two other children. I mentioned that anything we could do to expedite a smooth pickup would be appreciated. I was fine with curbside, but also like contactless garage pickup. When we landed I sent a message and I was informed that the car would be available curbside. No further instructions were provided as to where. After 45 minutes of coordinating with the driver, my husband was able to find the car at departures at the beginning of the next terminal. The driver said he could not move the vehicle to arrivals so we had to move all of our luggage and three children up to departures a lengthy distance from our arrival point at now 12:45am. When it was time to return the vehicle, the system was no better. No instructions were provided so we parked in the garage, took photos of the vehicle, row and location in the garage, as we generally do with other Turos. This caused a lot of back and forth when we were trying to get checked in at the airport. Not the Turo experience we are accustom to, but again, the vehicle was fine.
