Trip was great. The brakes were a little squeaky but could have been due to being just changed. Not sure. The car didn’t give me any issues. Garrison is such a nice guy. Would definitely rent again. Wish that I could have extended longer.

I’m truly sorry for the unexpected mechanical issue during your trip. As soon as I was notified, I arranged roadside assistance and a replacement vehicle through Turo to minimize disruption. The trip has been fully refunded, and I’ve also offered a 10% discount on a future booking.
I take vehicle maintenance seriously, with all service performed at authorized dealerships to ensure safety and reliability. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
