The house was nothing but absolutely amazing. I did a long-term rental for about 10 months. They worked with me every step of the way was extremely flexible and just went above and beyond to make my experience great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When my wife and daughter picked up the car he was impatient and rude. English is not my wife’s native language but she understands as long as people do not speak too quickly. She visibly upset afterwards and went so far as to say he was mean. My wife is one of the most emotionally even keeled people I have ever met and not given to being easily upset by people so I know she was not exaggerating.
I sent several welcoming messages with instructions to load the Tesla app and how to set up your phone as a car key. None of my other guests have ever had a problem with my instructions. If English was not her strong suit, she could have had another person assist her with those instructions. We could have also been notified ahead of time that this was a condition of her rental so that we could make appropriate accommodations.
She returned the car with water in the front trunk- 1”
