Overall this car got us to and from our destination. Host was responsive most of the time but did have some issues with some communication. Host was very sweet and accommodating. However, the car was not very clean upon pickup. The steering wheel would shake really bad when breaking, after driving about 200 miles the oil change light came on, and it was advertised that Apple car play would work, however it did not work the entire trip despite doing what Host stated to do. Also we were charged for driving over the limit in mileage. Normally I wouldn’t mind paying those at all! But with all the issues we had with the car itself, I feel there should have been some sort of discount applied.
