Car was great
However, he delivered it to me with less than 60% battery. I had to charge and he charged me for that
I delivered the car back to him low on charge. He had it towed to a charger instead of driving it to a charger and proceeded to charge me for the tow bill.
Now, he isn’t responding.
Would not rent with him again.

Every thing was ok didn’t really enjoy it my daughter went in labor on my husband bday. we didn’t really do wat we planned or wanted to do then wen we did have time we had to charge it so it was a waste of money dnt recommend nobody to buy or rent a tesla or electric car it’s too much time consuming. far as trying to go out and enjoy urself. get A regular car everytime or u will be sitting at a charging station because it only last about a hr so u cnt go far cause there’s no where to charge but there’s plenty of gas station for a regular car i feel like it was a waste of my money an the fact we gotta pay for charger was not right . And it’s not in the detail to pay for charging a battery. I recently rented a cyber truck an didn’t have to pay to charge .But yess this is a nice beautiful truck an my host was very nice an on hand for any call or text thank u so much

This was a last minute booking after another Turo host no-showed. Henry was very accommodating to the short notice booking and easy to communicate with about a few hiccups before I could get the car. The car is great for the city but not the best on battery if you’re going to use it for a lot of highway miles. I’d definitely rent the car again for another trip within the cities.
