Thanks for your feedback, Sandy. Our standard pickup and return location is Oshkosh. ATW airport delivery was an optional service selected at booking for $75, which covers bringing the vehicle to and retrieving it from the airport, including the additional travel and parking involved. We also accommodated an earlier 12:30 PM pickup and a later 5:00 PM return, while the reservation was originally scheduled for 2:00 PM. We were happy to provide the added convenience and flexibility.
