Great Turo experience. The Jeep Wrangler was exactly as described and very well cared for. I honestly couldn't believe it still had that new-car smell with over 11,000 miles on it.
Pickup was simple and convenient from the parking garage, and the return process was just as easy. The host provided clear directions, so I knew exactly where to go both times. I also appreciated the large number of recent photos from multiple angles, which made it easy to verify the vehicle's condition before and after the trip.
The only minor surprise was having to pay a parking fee when exiting the garage. There may have been information about that in the listing that I missed, but it was an unexpected cost. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I would definitely rent this Jeep again.

For the parking, Turo now reimburses you after trip based on when host drops the vehicle off. Look at your trip receipt post trip and it should show it. 😀
