My car host was AWESOME and extremely helpful in every way. It was a little bit of hassle going through all the different steps compared to going to the rental car center. Don't really think I saved money with the extra charge for insurance.

I apologize that parts of the Turo process felt less convenient than a traditional rental experience and that the insurance costs affected the overall value. One benefit many guests appreciate is access to higher-trim, feature-rich vehicles like the 2025 Trax RS, which often offer more amenities than the standard fleet vehicles found at many rental car companies. Fantastic guest! They took great care of my Trax and were a pleasure to host from start to finish. Communication was smooth, and they were very respectful of the vehicle. I really appreciated them noticing and complimenting the gas mileage and cleanliness—it means a lot to keep the car in top shape for guests like this. Would happily rent to them again anytime. Fantastic airport rental experience! Guests were punctual with their flight schedule, easy to coordinate with for delivery, and very respectful of the vehicle. Car was returned clean, on time, and in excellent condition. 5-star Turo guests—would host again anytime!
