I experienced an unexpected mechanical issue with the vehicle during my rental, which was definitely inconvenient. However, I appreciate how professionally and promptly the host handled the situation. She explained that the vehicle are inspected before every rental, took my concerns seriously, and immediately contacted me to help with resolving this issue.
While I wish the issue hadn’t occurred, I believe their response demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. She communicated openly, and worked to make things right. Because of the way they handled the situation, I would consider renting from her again and appreciate their dedication to improving their service.
