Nice car overall though some signs of aging. The car is not parking on site MCO, instead a remote parking facility about a few minutes away that supported by a shuttle service to airport. The host is very responsive, and I have my questions answered instantly or within minutes.

The pickup and drop-off process could've been smoother — it relies on a shuttle from Omni Parking that wasn't super consistent. After our pickup experience, we decided to just schedule an Uber for the drop-off instead of dealing with the shuttle again. Not to mention the overflow parking for drop-off felt more like a scrap yard.
The price was reasonable, which we appreciated, but the car itself had a few quirks that stood out for something in this class: the check engine light stayed on the whole rental, one AC vent was broken, and most of the vent knobs were broken too.
It was an okay experience overall, but between the parking logistics and the car's condition, we'd looked elsewhere next time.
