The car had a stale smoke smell and it wasnt clean.

The car makes a loud noise as you accelerate. The back up camera has a long delay before it displays. The automatic start/stop dosent function properly causing the car to delay when trying to drive.

None of the buttons on the steering wheel work nor do any if the outlets/plugs for charging your phone.

Lastly if you have a android the android auto only works 20% of the time, as well as the car has maintenance warnings such as tire pressure/ oil change.

This was a rather poor experience all around. When I first booked the car, I messaged them to confirm if they deliver the vehicle (the listing originally said they deliver in a 10 mile radius). They read this message and didn’t respond. Come to find out, they do not deliver the vehicle. If I knew this I would’ve canceled in the 24 hour window.

When I was heading to pick up the car, the address gives a different location than the lot. I messaged the host asking if they could call me. All I got back was “park and barc” to which I had no idea what that meant. After a few messages back and forth, finally learned it’s parked in that lot. Would’ve been nice to know beforehand as that wasn’t listed anywhere in the instructions. I finally get to the vehicle, and there is a lockbox on the window. The code to get the lockbox wasn’t anywhere in the instructions. I again had to message the host to get the code. If this was an after hours pick up, I could’ve been stranded there for a long time with no way of accessing the vehicle.

During my trip, I messaged the host asking how the FL toll system worked on the car. This also wasn’t listed anywhere on the listing. They read this message and never responded again.

The vehicle itself wasn’t great. The engine has a really loud and high idle while in drive. Likely indicative of a major engine issue that hasn’t been addressed. The radio doesn’t work properly and scans without end to find a radio station. None of the hookups for your phone work to link with the car. I’m pretty sure the main screen in the car was replaced with some cheap aftermarket system that doesn’t work well.

Definitely felt like there was a lot of false advertising that went on and I never would’ve booked this car if I knew all this from the beginning. When I brought this up the host simply said “I’ll work on that” and didn’t offer any explanation or any type of discount off the listing. English was a struggle on the messages and they never called me when I requested them to when I couldn’t find the car.
