When we 1st got to the vehicle the pin provided was not working. Had to call the host to come and figure it out. By the time he arrived and resolved the issue, it was an hour after our reservation. Furthermore, the car definitely needs some maintenance with either an alignment or something involved with being a rough/bumpy ride on the interstate. Other than that, not too bad.
