The trip worked out well. We were happy with it. The vehicle had the lining of the roof hanging low in the interior so we couldn’t use the sun roof, besides that it was fine.

Car made funny noises, tire pressure light was on when we picked it up, the sunroof was broken at pick up but was advertised as fine. It even stalled out at one point.

Interior of car was clean prior to pickup. Instructions for clear for pickup. There were a few dings and dents on the outside but doesn't affect drivability.

The car itself was nice and comfortable. The pickup was very frustrating. We received no information about where on the airport property (MCO) we could get the car until our trip started. Which meant we couldn’t get to the car until 30 minutes after our trip started which delayed us a lot. We were also charged for parking to leave the lot where the car was parked, despite Turo’s website saying hosts are not allowed to charge customers for that parking. They pulled a ticket instead of using the Epass which added more frustration when we were already delayed due to lack of communication
