Wireless charger doesn't work. Maybe my opine case is too thick but it should be checked

Car quality pretty low for being 2022, Had an error code the entire time to check oil but host said it was fine, ( Not something I wanna worry about with a baby in the car ) then the car seat, I wasn’t expecting the best but I feel like you couldn’t of gave me a worse seat for a BABY. You charged 40 dollars for a car seat which looked like you got for $20 at a thrift store ( some latches didn’t work, plus the condition) Honestly last time I’ll rent from an LLC on turo. This felt a couple step below normal car rental ( enterprise and etc ) they also said a refund for the car seat ordeal but didn’t receive that either.
