Amazing host! Responsive and the car was amazing. Really great experience and will definitely keep in mind in the future when going on trips, especially with family as the car is very spacious and comfortable.

Car was great, response to questions was great the only thing I can say that it was hard finding a close fast charging station near the area I was in. Other than that it was a good experience renting this vehicle.

The car was super comfortable, clean, and drove very smoothly. Pickup was easy and the location was convenient, which made the whole process seamless.
A couple of things to keep in mind; there is a parking fee when exiting, and charging can be a bit limited. There aren’t many superchargers in the Altamonte area, so it would be helpful if the host recommended a charging location near the airport for added convenience.

Pick up was fairly easy with the shuttle that bring you to the lot. Car was clean. Host was very responsive. If back in the Orlando area I would definitely consider renting with them again
