This is an electric car!!!! That should be the 1st thing the listing says!!!The car was nice however we couldn't find a charging port. Then when we did it didn't work on the car!!! 3hrs it sat charging i payed and my battery was LESS than when i started.!!!! There where 2 hosts *one was very nice (mae)* The other was very rude when I asked a question!!!

Overall nice car and easy to use, we did have difficulty finding chargers in the Orlando area. Many were too slow, fast chargers were often booked. Other than that we had a great trip and the car was clean and exactly as described. Thank you!

AGENT WAS A BULLY AND BLEW MY PHONE UP THE WHOLE TRIP.
This company was combative from Day 1. They hide the $45 fee if you are not a resident you "cannot" pick up from the said locations. And if you're flying in it is mandated you pay the $45 for airport parking.
The agent then tried to bully me into prepaying for them to charge the car for me because " I probably don't know how" welp that's weird because I have an electric car... then I probably got 5+ texts from the company throughout my rental about if the car oil light comes on that they don't have to do oil changes until xyz.. and if the brakes squeal it's normal on high end cars. And then I returned the rental and during my flight home ... luckily I had WiFi and texting I started getting messages about how I didn't park it where I claimed and almost getting accused of not returning it. Luckily my phone pinned and took satilite photos of "Car Parked" and time stamped. Once they finally found the car the Agent continued to essentially bully me because it's "against the Florida LAW!!!! Per her words to back into parking lots.. Mind you in some apartment complexes, universities and private properties this can be true but is an ordinance not a Law. In addition this is not even the case for the lot they ask you to park in and if it was it has to be posted ... which its not. I have rented many times from Turo !! But I WARN YOU NOT TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY !!
No hidden fees. It's an agreement between Turo and MCO Airport. All renters are paying Airport fees. Same fees are included in regular rent companies with MCO mandatory requirements. We have multiple courtesy automated reminders sending to all our 65 vehicles and based on most often guests questions and inquiries. Guest parked vehicle backed in, instead of our instructions and argued that it's not the lot rule, even the sign "Backed in parking is not allowed" was in 60 feet from parking spot.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine

Missing battery charge may result in an additional fee
