The car was very shaky and In no condition to be rented out. Went through the host and explained my situation where I then was told I can switch the car. Instead of it being an even trade for the same amount of money i ended up paying 80 or so more dollarsfor a car that was much smaller. The host did not price match me. I messaged Turo and they said a switch should always be done by them because of this kinda situation. Very disappointing. The second car didn’t drive any better. If you are going to rent your vehicles out. Do better maintenance and take care of your customers better.

We take safety seriously. After your first report, you confirmed you felt safe driving. The next day you reported a different issue, so we arranged a replacement. A mechanic found no faults in the original car, and the next guest reported none. You never reported brake issues or problems with the replacement. Turo recalculated fees after shortening the reservation and changing the pickup location. The fuel charge resulted from returning the car with less gas. We made every effort to assist you
